Isabella’s Beads Return Policy
I have my customers' best interest in mind. I offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of my products except custom orders that include personalization. Custom personalized orders, and custom "One of A kind" orders are non-refundable. Isabella's Beads will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.
Return and exchanges:
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to anything other than a manufacturing defect, a $5.00 shipping fee will be applied to all returned orders originally shipped with our "Free Shipping" coupon option, if available. We recommend that you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. Please mail your item(s) back in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization form).
Procedure:
1. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization: Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may contact us via email at returns@Isabellasbeads.com or telephone at 1-866-93BEADS.
2. Shipment:
a. We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost packages.
b. Please place item in original packaging and comparable shipping box.
c. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and include the RMA form inside the box.
3. Conditions of Return:
a. Packages without a return merchandise authorization number will not be accepted for refunds.
b. Items must be returned in original condition and arrive at our facility within 30 days of the purchase for refund or exchange.
c. Items with wear, scratching, or other defect will not be accepted for refunds, unless the item was damaged as a result of Isabella’s Beads or Shipping.
d. Custom personalized and Custom “One of a kind” orders cannot be accepted for a refund.
e. Please note that it may take 2 weeks for a return to be processed to your credit card.
