Wholesale Information
Are you interested in purchasing Isabella's Beads products at wholesale prices? At this time Isabella’s Beads is offering wholesale merchandise, but not without limitations. Everything I make is done by hand and no piece of jewelry is mass produced. There are certain items that could be made easier than others (I.e., Key chains, “simple” earring designs, simple rings, etc.), and the turn around time would be pretty quick. However, more complex pieces will take a little bit longer depending on what you'd like, and of course if I need to replenish inventory to make several of the same piece that could add a little to the time. I don't expect that any moderate sized order would ever take longer than 2 weeks.
The requirements for becoming a wholesaler of our merchandise are fairly simple. The first thing that you must remember is that Isabella's Beads is a retail Internet jewelry site. Offering products wholesale is simply a courtesy that I offer for those customers who wish to purchase larger amounts of my jewelry. The main requirement that I have is that as a wholesale customer you are not permitted to undercut any SALE price that I might post on the site. "Sale" items will be clearly marked in bold, red. Be advised that my sale prices are greater than wholesale, and obviously less than retail prices. This will assure you that I too will never undersell your purchase price.
- Qualifications: All wholesale accounts must be pre-approved. Once your request is approved your account will be internally switched to that of a wholesale buyer. Some items on the wholesale site are not available on the retail site and vice versa. Once you become a wholesale customer the site will already show your discounted prices, so be sure to login before adding items to your cart.
- New Wholesale Customers: Please submit a completed wholesale application. If you qualify as a wholesale customer, we will convert your account and send you a confirmation E-mail.
- Shipping, handling, and payment: Unless otherwise indicated here, all retail terms and conditions also apply to wholesale orders.
- Special Services: To save you time, we will label products with your labels, sort products into separate sub-packages, or provide other special handling services for a flat $10 per hour service charge. If you have special requirements, just ask us!
- Minimum Order Requirements: First order: $200. Reorder: $100.
- Wholesale Buy-Back Guarantee: At the reseller's request, we will buy back unsold product within 3 months of the order date. As long as it is unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging (if applicable).
